    Actually PHP can be compiled. Don't think PHP is just a server side interpreted language.

    For many different screen sizes and resolutions? It would probably require a bit of tweaking between platforms.

    Just a word of warning, that page's java based installer is malware delivering a trojan...

    So the answer is java... but I'm hitting report since it's a malware website and likely why the OP posted the link, to help build their botnet.
