Can anyone tell me how to go about reporting scammers

    I imagine the info (reporting rip off merchants) is clearly explained somewhere on the site i would just be grateful for an indication of where.

    Well, there is not any reporting section on DP.
    You can just give a negative itrader to someone who scammed you so that people will be beware of him/her in future. :(
