can anyone tell me how to download this video and display it on my site?

    i want to download this video on this site,

    I tried to download the file: 1_controller.swf , which i think should be the video file, but once i downloaded, i can neither play it or embed it to my website, can anyone suggest me how to do it? very much appreciated. thank you.

    The URL you provided does not work.

    Also most SWF files are just flash players loading a FLV file remotely. IF that is the case it's just like youtube, and in Safari you can open up the activity window view the url of the FLV file and download it directly.

    Course you'd need to find a free flash FLV player for your own site but once you got that you can store the flv file on the same location.

    Then again you can load it onto youtube grab the embed code and drop it into your html code.
    It will just stream in from there. Just be sure to rename it something else.
