Can anyone tell me how to create a signature

    Hi,
    Can anyone please tell me how to create a signature with which I can advertise a site (as an affilliate)? Any help much appreciated.

    I assume you mean add a signature to your posts in this forum.
    If so, click 'User CP' in the navigation at the top of the site.
    On the left hand side there is an option to 'Edit Signature', click that.
    Now, it's just a matter of adding some text and linking that to whatever you want.
    To create a link, hi-lite the text you want to turn into a link and click the small globe icon near the top of the text editing area and insert your hyperlink.

    As another person new to this forum, I might be able to help. You have to wait a week after you join and until you post 10 times to create a signature in this forum. (notice no sig below :)

    Never mind you'll get there! By the way dont anyone try the <a href way, doesn't work on this site and also it might be an idea to look at some of the posts that advise on key words before creating a signature!

    I actually think he's referring to the creation of graphics which, of course, is done with a graphics editor.
