Can Anyone Tell Me How To Add A Movie

Please could someone help me out? here is my question i need to know a easy way to add a short video clip to my website the format is quicktime that my cam save files as. But if there are other way please let me know, i need this information quick Cheers Guys

then import he video and it will output it with the proper coded files

thats the only way I know, I know nothing about coding so maybe someone else can help you out, but that way does work.

I put all my videos on youtube and then have that on my page .. that way I avoid any problems with bandwidth and I can be almost sure it will work for everybody
