I want to know the top article directories similar like ezines for developing links. I want to submit similar articles to different directories and hence i want to know the top 5 to 10 article directories. If we submit same articles to many directories, then search engine consider it as spamming. Hence I just want top 10 or else if you can please provide me with top 5.

Those are good Camay123, but clipod, make sure they give you a resource box with nofollow links or the ability to include linked up anchor text in the body. There are a few press release services (with no-follow) I've seen which let you do this too. PM me and I'll send you a link which cites about ten - I can't include live links yet... yet.
Spamming? What? Don't submit the same article to each place, you only have to vary it up slightly including a different resource box and you will be just fine.
