Can Anyone Suggest The BEST FREE Wordpress Theme for Job Site?

    We are starting a new WordPress Job Site that would offer online freelance jobs. We need a theme, more like a forum, that would allow admins to post jobs and freelancers to reply and PM.

    There's a wordpress plugin for wordpress called Job Manager. This will help you post jobs that members could reply to. Its free.
