Can anyone suggest a service...

A friend of mine teaches beach volleyball classes and he's looking to create a website to support his program, so of course he asked me.... I'm looking to find him a blog or other service that will support the following features he needs:

- Schedules/calendars
- A simple web store for merchandise
- Pictures
- Regular blog type content
- A few basic content pages

He is clueless so it needs to all be manageable through an easy interface, and there's no money available to do any custom programming. If anyone has a good suggestion, I'll hook you up with a free beach volleyball class!

I know www.squarespace.com can offer everything but the store, I think shopping carts can be added to other platforms and I will leave a link on a cross reference software page when I get back.
