Can anyone suggest a layout such as below?

    I am after a theme for our site similar to www. lcd - enclosure dot com anyone have an idea??

    Also would like to know if anyone could migrate my site to wordpress blog.

    It's not necessarily the layout, it's the styling of the content. If you try and look for a theme that does all of that, you'll be looking forever.
    The styling of the content is done using basic to advanced HTML.

    You will find some good themes on themeforest, some corporate themes looks like this one.
    Else you can use a basic theme and get a shortcode plugin.
