Can anyone suggest a good (and cheap) link building company that they have delt with.

    I am a newbie, but consider myself somewhat well read.

    Can anyone suggest a good (and cheap, say $200-$500 monthly) link building company that they have actually had experience and success with.

    I am reading the boards and see stuff like, "just google link building" for companies. I am looking for real life experience and very cost effective link building. (I am poor haha)

    PLEASE Not directories; just good, hard relavant PR1+ links.

    If you have no budget, why don't you try doing it yourself.

    You can start with directory submissions, maybe write a few articles and post them too.

    There are are very few people bar SEO Companies that offer this service. Not many I have found anyway.

    directories seem to have a bad name for link building but I have had good results by picking better directories and not just placing my page on any that i found

    And directorys are a great way to start ...

    low budget = DIY.

    Or find a staff from your company, and tell him / her to send out personalized emails according to your template.

    Cheaper than getting a link builder

    Do not get put off by the comments. Everyone has a budget and yours is OK. I worked for a Cruise Travel agent and they paid someone $3700 per month for off page stuff. I don't work there any more and have a couple of my own cruise sites that are far higher ranked than theirs...for a cost of maybe $80(total).
