I would say as I always do, pick something you know about... But what I had the most success with is the SEO based product, I just look up "SEO" and find the product with a gravity 30 or higher and promote those.
I think nobody will share a successful niche product with public place here. Just search sometimes at clickbank & surely you will find a winning product to promote. Before pick a product to promote check it out by yourself like gravity, sales page, bonus, refund policy, price etc.
yes, because it is not easy to earn from clickbank and affiliates, the good advises are hard to find, at least that's my experience.. But even then you can imagine that there is no magic product, it depends on what you are doing, do you have traffic already? to where? what topic? If you have then you should look for products in this topic.
