    Keep your money in your pocket, Theres nothing anyone can do to phpbb to make it any more search engine friendly, Besides removing sessions, And you can do that yourself in about 10 minutes with a hack.

    No doubt someone at some point will say that dynamic URL's aren't "SEO friendly", But ignore them, They don't know what they are talking about.
