Can anyone review my website and the ads placement

Can anyone help me review my website ads placement i get 20,000 - 25,0000 ad views daily but only 20 - 30 clicks a day...my website is troll-pictures.com

so good your site but not good black bg color and apply whit color is good looking your site

 

that sound about right for a picture gallery site, i own several sites and i also have about a ctr of 0.1-0.15% on picture gallery sites. i figure its because people are there to only look at pictures.

what might help is changing the widget bar to the left as eye tracking studies show that people concentrate their view of a website in the top left corner of the page. so placing the widget sidebar there would place your square add in the view zone.
