Can anyone remove encrypts from the Footer

    I am using this theme http://zenverse.net/checkerize-wordpress-theme/

    I tried a lot in removing the encrypts from the footer but its not working. Can anyone remove the encrypts from this theme. Please help me. I tried many methods but failed in doing that

    I always recommend giving some credit to the designer if you are going to use a free theme, if that is what they ask, but I understand not wanting to link to a bunch of other sites and landing pages..if that is the case, then the theme is not truly free.

    There is probably some PHP code encrypted too, not just pure HTML.

    There are many links at the footer so i want to remove few of them. I tried your method but its not working. Could you please install and try to remove links from the footer. Please help me

    Wow, I just looked at the demo as the designer is promoting it and at your blog and there is a big difference from what the designer shows and the actual amount of links in the footer when you download it.
    That's is so unfair and misleading.

    I looked at the designers page and I didn't see anything stating that leaving the footer links is the trade off for using the theme for free, just a request for donations, so I will try and help you:

    Just to be fair, I would suggest that if you are going to remove the links that you at some point make a donation for his time.

    Can you show or paste the contents of your footer.php file ? and your Index.php file ?
