I am looking for a good seo guy that is priced reasonably.
In the next week or so I will be launching a new site focused on the teen job market. My goal and focus is to have top 3 google ranking for the key word "teen jobs"
I have a preety good startegy mapped out which includes the basics like:
    -directories
    -link building
    -articles-
    -forum and blog posts
    -squidoo page
    -etc....

what i need is someone to look at my site and make sure everything is friendly to search engines and added help in link building and directories.

Are there any gurus out there that have a track record of getting top google rankings for keyword phrase that has average amount of competition.

    thanks in advance....

your competition will be pretty steep. for 'teen jobs'
You will be competing with About.com and several large job sites that are upwards of PR 6 and heavy duty traffic in the 100 ranks. If you don't have massive budget like those sites ,you will dry up trying to throw money at link brokers. Find a SEO company and link builder that will do very specific targeting and placement of your links on very thoroughly researched sites where you will get the highest possible credibility and relevance score in Google. Even then you're looking at a realistic SERP of between 5 and 10 ..since top 3 is gonna take a whole heap of focus and time beyond that 5th position. IMO

Btw. your site doesnt have any video, images etc.
Here's what one of your competitors looks like = snagajob.com
you better get back in the gym Rocko...because they'll knock ya to tomorraw lol :D
