    ONLY google follows nofollow and even that is debatable. I have had sites indexed just from posting on craigslist.com which ads nofollow to all its links.

    But again ONLY google follows nofollow, no other SERPS.

    If you keep getting a huge "denial" rate , maybe its time to look at your site again!
