Can Anyone Recommend me a Legit Exhanger?

    I am looking to get advice on a legit exchanger that is willing to do paypal to liberty reserve exchanges.


    If anyone knows a verified and legit exchanger, please do let me know.

    you will not find any exchanger willing to do PayPal to Liberty Reserve exchange because of the possibility of Payal chargeback.

    yea, if any one offers you paypal to Liberty reserve then run away. No legit exchanger would do this .
