Can anyone recommend a tool for checking backlinks?

I know there are tonnes of tools online for checking backlinks, such as backlinkwatch (dot) com, but it only checks up to 998 links, my site has 9978!

I need a tool so I can check my links, something that is searchable would be ideal, so I can type an url in!

If anyone has any ideas, let me know.

These two tools helped me a lot. You can even know the hyperlinked name and dofollow or nofollow.

 

I use http://www.diagnosticoweb.com/ .. not mine

 

You can use yahoo search explorer. It brings up all backlinks.

Also, you can use google webmaster tools ... will give you a pretty sophisticated report on your links ..

They have a free backlink checker. It's excellent if it's working. They have had issues with it the last few weeks.
