Can anyone recommend a good search spider software?

    I doubt you will find anything premae, it is too specialised. You need somethign that scrapes the pages of torrent sites looking for links to torrent files, then checkign to see if you already have each torrent file.

    Yeah it's not the sort of thing thats kicking about ... it's quite simple, but every site is so different it would be impossible to find a "search spider" in this context ...

    Writing one though, is perfectly possible ...

    Do you know any programming languages ?? like if I post something to get your started will you be able to work out the rest ??

    That is deff something you need custom coded, most people aren't going to share that type of script, in order to keep their "competitive edge".

    I though Doogie was a genius:)?

    Well I can code you something if you ave a budget. Otherwise, if you are just learning php, I usually tell people to start with "php5 for dummies". Don't let the title offend you, is a great first book.
