    Written, i can do the Submission with iSnare and manually...However if the price was right and the person was qualified i would give them the full job?

    You might try browsing in the Copywriting section for high caliber writers. Send writers you like a PM or contact them through their respective websites. I'd skip the Content Creation section unless you have a lot of time to waste screening samples and portfolios for quality writers - most are worth about the $3 they charge...
