Can anyone provide [READ INSIDE]

    can anyone provide:

    1. A list of forums that we can register on so we can promote our own forums
    2. Anyone that wants a link exchange
    3. How to promote apart from backlinks and posting to other forums, and word of mouth
    4. Any tips for getting more traffic

    5. Wheres the best place anyone would reccomend to advertise a forum? (As in paid advertising, i have looked at the advertising section, but can't decide, the price needs to be under $20)

    Can anyone tell me how to do all this, and if anyone wants a forum link exchange :p
