Can anyone please tell me if OK magazine has a trademark on the name ?

    Hi,

    I am looking at setting up an online magazine with the words OK in it and as this company is a major off line mag in the U.K. I was wondering if they had a trademark pending or registered somewhere ?

    They have a trademark registered in the US, so would assume that they also have trademarks in Europe. The term is general, but since the usage would be in similar industries it would be seen as infringement.
