    I agree with buywiser. Quite some shopping carts, also osCommerce forks, has surpassed osCommerce. zencart, oscmax, tomatocart, etc.

    osCommerce is not too bad, and you can still do SEO work with it just fine. But there are definitely a lot better shopping carts out there. Some for free and others for a fee (non-intentional rhyme).
