Can anyone market a Forex site?

    I have a Forex news and education site, which has very good quality content, and fast updated news and tools.

    I have been trying to market it for around 6 months, and all I have managed is 20 UV per day, and under 1$ per day from adsense. I know it has potential for MUCH more.

    Can anyone here market a site like this? I am willing to pay for your marketing methods, or just market it so it gets 100 UV per day.
