To Do basic stuff on the web site I would offer you to just watch some tutorial videos on youtube, But if you wanna manage CSS and mix modules install new ones I would offer you to buy service I think you could easily find A guy someone for 50 $.

Go to administrator page and try to use them. It is very easy to configure.

You can login to your site using (yourwebsite.com/administrator), once you're logged in there's a little life raft in the upper right corner. Use it when you get stuck.

 

i would suggest you to spend some time watching tutorial videos rather than spending money......
