    I think you have it backwards... You should consider posting your URL first and then you can get a price...

    Depending on how your site is written and hosted (CMS vs non-CMS, Apache hosting vs. IIS hosting, etc.) as well as the shear number of pages, it's impossible for anyone to give you a price without first knowing how big the project is and what technologies they are working with.

    Yes, more info is needed. Is your site static or dynamic? What CMS if any? IIS or Apache? How many pages and directories?

    If its a Wordpress blog then you just need to add few lines in your htaccess file, its very simple to do. let me know if its WP then i will help you with the code or with the ready made option of WP.

    I think you can just digg some info on what type of URL is best in SEO. Usually, the title should be included in the permalink URL. You can do it yourself with a little guidance. No need to hire an seo to do this job.
