Just google it, you'll come across a number of free submission press release sites (if you are not prepared to pay for press release distribution of course), they all have the guidelines, and you could also have a look at approximately what can get approved judging by what they already have there. However, you need to remember that press releases are not plain articles and should not resort to blatant advertising.
