Can anyone install my vbulletin?

    Ok heres the deal, I am having a hard time installing this stupid vbulletin and I need someones help. My paypal account is not verified yet and I have to wait a couple of days or a week to verify it. Anyways, what I have for now is a free 5 dollar coupon to post your link in a pr3 site permanently. If anyone can help please post here or pm me. Thanks.
