can anyone help

I want to change code of html in my blog for header i know code in html but when i checked edit html in blog template it was in xml version not able to understand how to do that.can anyone suggest me how to proceed.

 

I'm not sure if you are allowed to make changes to your blogspot blog..

I would suggest if you want more flexibility with your blog, get a real domain, pay for a real host, and install WordPress

 

Which one is your blog (the Fun and Knowledge one I presume), and what do you want to change the header to?

I'm not a blogger whizkid, but hopefully I can give it a try .

Goto
Layout->Add New Page Element

& choose HTML/JavaScript element, then put your links, & move that element under your header

go insert your html tags or your footer links

 

I want links in horizontal way not vertical.

 

This is simple . Add a page element in sidebar and drag it to the top of your Post.This will display what ever you want to display below the header and just above your posts.
