    Hi All,

I am running a wordpress blog, linked to a mybb123 forum, and was wondering if anyone can tell me how to create an error free sitemap.xml file? I have tried numerous different sitemap generators, but all these sitemap.xml files error out when it comes to google webmaster tools submission, and do not know what it is that's wrong, I thought this should be something easy to accomplish!

    Thanks for any assistance!

I did that search and am no closer, i am brand new at this, is this something that will use up tremendous bandwidth?

I already got in to hot water with hosting for using sitemap generators that would find over 62k links in pages, but I only need ten or twelve pages in my sitemap at this time, as it is a new site with a wordpress blog with a few entries, and a mybb forum with a few entries!

Any more info would be appreciated!

If bandwidth is costly, I suggest either configuring the sitemaps generator to crawil your website in smaller chunks (use a sitemap index files to combine multiple sitemap files) or use custom generators, e.g. a plugin for WordPress and one for your forum etc. (and again comebine them using a sitemap index file)
