I added a new post to my blog www.lcdenclosure.co.uk/news/ last Monday, then I created an article of around 800 words, typed them into the new post yesterday and got a 500 & 404 error, telling me to contact webmaster of my site? It was working perfeclty on Monday and there has been no changes that I've done and I am the only one with access. I re-typed the article in notpad and pasted it into a new post this morning and I got the same 500 & 404 error - new post. How come it was fine the other day now I'm having problems? Can anyone shed light on this please? This is the actual text I see after publishing. "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@lcdenclosure.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." Can anyone tell me what is wrong?

Ditto, try to contact your webhost and see what happens. Alternatively, you can ask them to restore a backup of your site.
500 errors appear when some errors find with ur script , call ur host and restore ur last backup files/db. install fresh wp
