Can anyone help with me reagrding my adwords budget and goals?

use more keywords and change the ads text to something more enticiing

 

I bid only 0.15 maximum, still have many click, but no order

 

I will add more keywords and also my minimum bid is from above $6. Is there any way to get my minimum bid from lesser amounts

 

I'd start out first using the Google Keyword Tool. Click the check website button and insert your url. This will tell you all the keywords that are associated with your website. You might be surprised how many there really are. Export them and add to your list of keywords. Then check each individual keyword by clicking on the keyword tab. It will tell you whether or not your ad is showing up. You might also look at Super Targeting. Instead of just picking the US and Canada, try targeting specific cities. Are you also using the content network you can get a lot of impressions here!
