can anyone help with a windows vista question?

    something thats annoying me lately.

    I remember normally that when I hover my mouse over a link in my web browser, that i am shown the path of the actual url at the bottom toolbar of windows. This is helpful because then i know if its an affiliate page, or a redirect to a potentially unsafe site.

    I do not seem to have that feature now. I don't know if it was there when i first got my new machine and i somehow got rid of it on accident or what. can anyone help on this?

    It's called a status bar.
    click on toolbar and tick "status bar" lol/
