    When you say a "theme like this" what do you mean?

    It is not a wordpress theme. You could use any 3 column theme and tweak the css.

    I only hope you wold do a better job of the layout as that right side looks horrible - no flow at all.:D

    There are lot of new design css templates available in wordpress, most of them are free ,
    just download it and make changes according to your website contents.
    but your design was not perfect as tbunch said.
