    Plz if anyone can tell me where to signup for

    rmxads

    AND

    directaclick

    both are cpm based ads which I have senn on lots of websites but still unable to find oit their parent companies from which I can sgnup as publisher.

    Have you try www dot directaclick dot com? If you can't sign up with them, try another company.

    Have you heard of Pay Per Play? They pay based on CPM.
