    Hello friends,
    I am running an online business but I have problem with my site url because it’s too long and ugly. I want shrink it down to a manageable size. Please let me know if you have any idea. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    you can edit a certain domain name if the features of the tool where you made/published the site has an Edit Feature(of course). If it hasn't, then the only way for this is to create a new one with your desired domain name. Just be sure to delete the older one to prevent duplicate content.

    It’s not a big problem I know site called www.dwarfurl.com that provides to make long url in to a small url. It's absolutely free to use, and your newly created link will never expire. Hope this will help you. All the best!

    Buy yourself a new URL and make a 301 redirect from the old one to the new one so that you won't loose your visitors, your PR and your search engine rankings.

    Using third party websites such as dwarfurl.com or tinyurl.com will not help your business grow because you won't get any PR juice from such links.

    As a conclusion, if you really want a new, shorter domain, buy yourself a new one and keep the old one too for a while so that you won't loose visitors and PR.
