Can anyone help me with Website designing?

    I have got a small project of designing a website. I am used of Photoshop and Illustrator things and I know a lil bit of html coding also, but this is my first attempt in website designing. I would like to know if there are any online study materials or any e-books which would direct me in designing my website? Pleasssssse someone help me with this...!!!!

    The requirements are:

    1. The site should include HTML and PHP coding.

    2. A common header and footer files should be included.

    3. The site should have 10 articles a privacy policy and about us page.
