You will need to access via FTP/Cpanel and then you can edit any page you wish to.

Hostgator must have sent you your login information when you purchased a hosting package right? Use that login information and for Cpanel login go to https://www.dogskinsolution.com:2083 and enter your username and password. Else for FTP acces you can download a free FTP client like coreftp, smartftp or freeftp. You will need a HTML/text editor to make any changes. Try nvu its free.
