Yeah I would recommend netpond....another thing you may consider, although a little shady perhaps is getting in bed with some of the password free pics/vids list sites out there that hack sites etc, they tend to have a vast following, although may not be the kind of traffic you are looking for. Try googling free xxx passwords or something like that and get in touch with some of those site owners maybe...see what they have to offer, leak some for free to get the rest that pay?
stay away from spamming..things would be so easy for webmasters to take care of blogs n forums without porn spam..try sth else..try social bookmarking or sth

My first instict when I go to your page is to naturally close it. Your site looks like something I'd get in a pop-up from a porn site. I look at it and the first thing I think is, "all of these links are ads." The videos are all lined up like the size of a typical banner ad with that border around it and a bunch of spammy keywords. And then you repeat it for every single row of videos so it just looks like the ad was copy+pasted a bunch of times. You might want to consider lining the videos up vertically, with a description to the right of it. And style the links from that default-blue color. That would make it a lot more legitimate looking.
