You should also post comments in Yahoo Answers and other Y&A sites like Fluther and Yedda. Making a Twitter account is also a good way to boost site traffic.
You need to create quality content & get it on the social networks. If it's as good as it should be, people will bookmark it & link to it. That'll increase your traffic directly from the bookmarking sites & the sites that link to you, as well as traffic from the search engines where your rankings will have increased.

Work on forums. Right now, on this DP forum. You can find website design and development forums, there are few hundred people looking at this forums now. Engage on this forum by helping those who need help in your field. Have your signature hyperlinked with your website. I'm getting about 50 visitors each day from DP forum. Don't just write few words per post. Try to provide good explanation on how to solve their question. I'm sure they will get back to you either on DP or from your website. You can also try to increase serp ranking for some keywords. It may bring in some highly targeted traffic referred from search engine.

You need to target keywords that are not so competitive. Then you will rank on the first page of the Search Engines and get orgainc traffic! This is your best bet! For something like dedicated seo services there is no search traffic at all. But for SEO Services there are a ton of competing websites. Better to target a keyword like SEO Services Denver or something like that!
