Can anyone help me build a site and make money ? - I will pay for everything

I can't accept your offer because the cost of hosting is insignificant when the work done earns $10 a day.
You can build your own site and simply put your money in buying gigs at fiverr.com to produce content.
But it seems you don't have much time to do it, so it won't work i guess.

Hosting is cheap these days, nobody who can make a profitable site would be willing to share 50% revenue just to get free hosting. And who advertises Adsense based site with Adwords?

You say that it would be hosted on YOUR server, and running YOUR ads, correct? With all due respect, how can you guaranteee that you don't "steal" a profitable site once all the hard work is done?

 

Better yet, why don't you make your own sites and make more money?

 

Yes...you can do this on your own and keep 100% of the profits.
