    I have come through a website which has sitemap of Sitemaps, if anyone can guide me how to create such sitemap.
    I wouldn't want to scan through 1000+ pages and then categorize them.

    If you build your website through WP, you can find free plugins to create Google friendly Sitemap. If you have any other manually created website like html or php you can use this website to create a sitemap https://www.xml-sitemaps.com.

    Also why you want to create a sitemap to your other sitemaps, if I read your question, I think you are asking how to create a sitemap to your other sitemaps, basically I'm not doing that to my authority website. I create one sitemap and If I have many sitemaps I enlist them under Google webmaster tool as different sitemaps. I have one website with two sitemaps so I point them in Google webmaster tool as two sitemaps for my website, one can be for content and one for youtube videos.
    I have never created a sitemap to other content sitemaps in one website,because it can be frustrated Goolge bot to get what it want.

    you need to use xml-sitemap.com to create sitemap for any site in free up to 500 pages.
