    I went through exactly the same scenario, accept that I got all kind of hassle from every one with multi 1000 posts and more and definitely did not get any likes during that time :)

    Are you saying that you are UNlikable? If so, that is your problem. Become likable and the likes will automatically come.

    It is similar to the saying that you cannot have friends unless you are friendly.
