Hi All, I'm relatively new to marketing, looking to expand and start buying some PR domain names for SEO uses. I understand about being careful not to get scammed and what not, but I really have no idea what the process is for buying a domain name and hoping some more experienced members can assist me here. For instance, after I've received verification that the person owns the domain I want to buy and have sent them the payment, what is the next step? How is the domain actually transferred to me? I'd like to know EXACTLY what to expect so that I don't leave myself open for scams and am able to know immediately if something is wrong, or if the seller isn't delivering as promised. Does the owner somehow get the domain transferred to my hosting account, or what? What are the exact steps that happen after the seller has received my payment? Detailed answers appreciated! I've read through all the posts but haven't found one with this information I need. Thanks a bunch!
