I've just made a website for my friend and i want to submit it in yahoo to be indexed,

Can anyone give me a link where to submit the site to yahoo?

What you want to do is submit a sitemap so yahoo finds it naturally. Search engine submission has been dead for at least 3-4 years if not longer.

search with your url in yahoo and you will be asked if your domain is not in yahoo,
or open yahoo.com there is a option in footer to suggest a site
