I don't know what a Jamroom template is so I can't say how much it would cost.

    Well,
ShockMedia designed a really nice template for my jamroom site.
    My Template
(ps. what's your opinion of that design?)

But its just a .psd, so you would have to have it coded for jamroom.
You could send an email to the admin at jamroom, and he will probably get you in touch with someone who would be able to make it work with jamroom.

Though it isn't a cheap process, but its well worth it in my opinion.

Thanks - the design is really nice. We can design a PSD ourselves; I just need someone to code it. I already contacted the guys at Jamroom and they've put me in touch with some coders. But it isnt cheap and I am thinking perhaps a free opensource CMS like Drupal may work well for me right now. I have seen some awesome social networks built on Drupal...I still love Jamroom though and if it wasnt so expensive, I'd have gone for it.
