    Hi guys,

Im looking for someone to convert an ebook to an iPhone app. The app will not be interactive as such, but merely just a iPhone version of the original ebook!

ie. The ebook must simply be able to be downloaded via the iphone app store! As simple as that.

    Please pm me your quotes!

Now that Apple has their own books platform (iBooks), ebook readers are using that or Amazon's Kindle platform. We recommend these to all authors as a better way to make your books available to readers.

To publish for iBooks, you will need to go through Apple.

    Thank you.

I strongly suggest you go through Apple if you want simplicity. The only thing is, I think you'll need to have an ISBN (you can buy a 10 pack for $250) for your ebook in order to do so. So unless your ebook has a lot of pages, it may make sense to make a regular app for it. I have an ebook app that is in review at the moment and it is both an iphone and an ipad app. My ipad version has only 17 pages and that translate to about 42 pages on the iphone because the screen is smaller. Take a look at my signature for updates on when the app will be ready on itunes if you want to take a look. I think all my future ebooks will be through Apple for simplicity. They already have a great system in place so why not take advantage of it?

If you still want to create an ebook app, let me know. I can do it for you.
