Can anyone confirm this PR7 ?

I had at this location a PR5/6 last year ...

(redirection to real url)

now is showing PR7

I'm still not sure is this a real or not ?
No "tricks" has been used ...

 

Looks like there's a redirect on it - suspicious.

 

I'm seeing a PR of 0 on both URLs, through both the toolbar and the datacenters. Where do you see PR7?

 

Sorry to say but after i checked it here, http://xrl.us/vfe8/ is PR0 and the URL is redirected to http://www.vision.to/CMS/Home/ which is PR7 using the same tool here . whats your point?

Sometimes the people here on DP are here solely to help us work on patience and tolerance.

a) You do not need to use redirect URL's, and should (as I'm sure you figured out) avoid them specifically when asking about fake PR, since the method of obtaining fake PR is to redirect one URL to another until such time as Google thinks that they are the same page.

b) www.vision.to/CMS/Home/ itself does not have a PR7. There are tools out there, but the easiest way to check is to simply view Google's cached version of the page. If you view the cache of www.vision.to/CMS/Home/, you will see this message:

This is G o o g l e's cache of http://www.vision.to/ as retrieved on 19 Mar 2007 08:27:26 GMT.

Notice that the cache is for the homepage, not the subpage. That means that the PR7 you are seeing belongs to the homepage, not the page in question. While this does mean the PR is not real for that page, usually when talking in terms of "fake PR", we are talking about pages that have deliberately been redirected in order to fool users. This looks more like a case of them just shuffling their internal navigation around.
