Can anyone build a site like these for me?

    I am only use to managing wordpress websites. Is anyone here a wordpress theme developer? It is not a necessity it be on wordpress, but I need a site similar to the sites below. If anyone can build a site similar to these, let me know. Post the price info as well as the amount of time you think it will take. Examples of your previous work would also be great.
