There's always room for the next big thing.. People in the telco industry never thought they would see MCI, UUNET or WorldCom go away.. But they did... Anyone remember PanAM, TWA?
beating google in search engine is not possible as for now. financially bill gates is there to challenge them. never know when the big B puy his hand on one of the others---ans u never know.
Interesting to know - quite often a lot of the big corporation own big chunks of each other. I'm pretty sure Google bought a big chunk of AOL/Time Warner too.
in my openion they can not be beaten by any one in night, but in feature mey be possible to.....................
well google just goes around and bane webmaster for "invalid click", but didn't prove any data. if you want to beat google, then stop using google search i only use MSN and yahoo search right now, if more and more people start to use MSN and yahoo search, soon google will lose a portion of its income, then will google take webmaster seriously.
Unfortunately nothing lasts forever. In a growing technological era there are more than enough room for the next big thing - a thing that could knock Google off the charts. On the other hand, it might just be Google coming out with the next big thing - our great, great grand children might one day in 2200 be sitting searching Google So, lets hang around and see what happens.
Yes.. I think its possible for someone someday to overshadow the Goog. Before Google no one could imagine Yahoo being overshadowed. It was THE King.
You can beat Google if you offer better search results. In my opinion, better search results would be based on user-experience. Okay, links also tell something about user experience but we all know those ugly, high scoring websites that invite to push the back button. They have high SERPS because they started early... A search engine that wipes the bad, non-inviting sites away will beat Google. Definitely.
Nope. I think Google is now too rich, and provides most of the tools in the web mastering world. Page Rank, AdSemse, and more. I think its now impossible to beat Google. The only way would to make everything Google as but slighly better, with good traffic and use. Then if Google ever as problems, sweep there way in. However too unliky. Also if anyone did create anything that had a chance, Google would just buy it in early stages.
